This update contains the following revisions:

• Plan of Care Requirements (Page 24)
  • Updated guidance to support providers in meeting documentation standards.
• Atrezzo Reports (Page 27)
  • Expanded section explaining who can access reports and subscription information.
  • New sub-header: Available Reports in Atrezzo, detailing all current reports with descriptions.
  • Introduction of the Length of Stay Report, which provides insight into patient stay durations when they have reached specific length of stay milestones (e.g., 14, 30, 45, and 60 days).
